I want a way to track my stats from (1) my diet and (2) my workouts (aka my aerobics class).
I'll start by saying this ...
I started low carb last Tuesday and aerobics last Monday. On my eating ... I've had a few "cheats" but overall I feel I've been doing pretty good. My starting weight was 146.6 pounds (last Monday). This Monday ... 142.2 pounds. Down 4.5 pounds! Not bad. My goal? 130 pounds and a size 6 pant.
My aerobics ... classes meet every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings for one hour each. Mondays and Thursdays we do 30 minutes of step aerobics, 15 minutes of arm toning and 15 minutes of abs. Tuesdays we focus on the legs doing 30 minutes of jogging, jumping jacks and other high ... can't think of the word ... exercises followed by 15 minutes of leg toning. We finish the class with 15 minutes of abs.
My aerobics instructor took my measurements last week and I was hoping to get the numbers from her at last nights class. Unfortunately, she's going to be out for a while due to a small car accident (she and her husband are fine) and vacation. I'll get those posted as soon as I can. As for the measurements I took myself ... last Monday my waist measured 34 inches. This Monday was 33 inches. I'm thinking I can't trust my own measurements ... no matter how much I want to.
Back to weight ... this morning, the scale was good to me ... 141.0!
