Half Way There!

Last night we focused on toning our legs. During our high ... intensity 30 minutes, we were supposed to do 125 jumping jacks. Last week, I think I was only able to do 50 and I think the last half of those were pretty sloppy. This week, I actually did 75 good ones before decreasing the intensity in half. I did over half of them! My goal for next week? I want to do at least 75 again if not more.

I think the scale rewarded me this morning for my job well done last night ... 140.6! 10.6 pounds to go before I reach my goal weight. I still have a ways to go to meet my physical goal ... I want to be able to jog for about at least 30 minutes at a decent pace. We're working on getting a treadmill so I'll be able to "practice" my form before going outside where others can see.
